Sales Training

Selling with Impact provides an introduction to “needs-based selling” using the IMPACT selling model. Our sales training course uses realistic customer focussed syndicates to develop a clear and structured insight into the sales process.

Using the IMPACT sales model, delegates are taken through key stages and core skills which support an effective sales call. This selling skills course covers the entire process from opening the call with clarity and professionalism, to rapport building and identification of customer needs, through selling of benefits, handling objections and closing with confidence.

Syndicates and practical sessions are based around questioning and listening skills, getting past the “gate keepers,” making the most of product and service benefits and how to respond when the customer says “no.”

Who Should Attend
Our Sales Skills course is tailored to meet the needs and experience of delegates attending. The IMPACT sales model is ideal for people new to the sales role and for more experienced delegates, our development programmes uses the same model to challenge their current approach, sharpening existing skills and bringing new and more effective selling techniques into their sales calls.

Sales Training Programmes

We run our Sales Training programmes over one day in our open calendar and provide a more extensive programme over two or more days in-house on request.

Our virtual courses are run on a more flexible format; usually between 10 to 4.30 in 2 hour blocks with significant intervals in between sessions for exercises and breakout activities – extended  refreshment breaks are  scheduled frequently throughout the day in order to give delegates time away from onscreen format.

Our open face to face online courses cost £275 + VAT per delegate and any additional delegates at a cost of £200 + VAT per delegate.
