Negotiation Skills Course

Effective Negotiation is a critical skill set in the commercial world. Delegates attending the course learn more assertive, influential and effective negotiation techniques, helping them to build confidence and develop a much more successful negotiation style.

During this one day negotiation skills course you will learn about some of the critical steps that should be undertaken in the preparation and planning of any negotiation.

A simple and yet very effective 4 Phase Model of negotiation will help you prepare your negotiating position, provide a route map through the process of negotiation and provide you with a useful evaluation tool to help you review and evaluate your approach once negotiations are concluded.

Negotiation Skills programmes

We run our Negotiation skills programmes over 1 day and run more extended and tailored programmes in-house on request.

Our virtual courses are run on a more flexible format; usually between 10 to 4.30 in 2 hour blocks with significant intervals in between sessions for exercises and breakout activities – extended  refreshment breaks are  scheduled frequently throughout the day in order to give delegates time away from onscreen format.
