Impact Partnership offers a full range of introductory training courses and ongoing development programmes. Impact Programmes are run on an open, in-house and bespoke basis. Most open courses are run as a 1 day event at a cost of £295 + VAT per delegate. If you are looking for a course to be run over two days or more, you may wish to view our Corporate Development Programmes . We tailor all of our courses to suit the individual needs of clients and delegates.
Venue: Impact Courses are delivered at local venues through out the UK , for example, regional Regus Offices. We also deliver in-house courses at clients' premises.

Sales Development:
- Impact Selling Skills - Needs based selling using the IMPACT model. Delegates are taken through a series of exercises and syndicate sessions, which will develop a detailed understanding of needs based selling.

Presentation Skills:
Professional Presentations - A development programme for new and experienced delegates, which helps improve design and delivery of presentations in a variety of business contexts. Course content is based on delegate experience and may include the following:

- Preparing for a business meeting; agenda, content, delivery, outcomes, close
- Improving delivery technique and increasing confidence
- Creating and delivering PowerPoint presentation with lasting impact
Communication Skills:
A programme designed to make delegates more aware of:
- The impact of different styles of communication
- Personal preferences
- Situational effectiveness
This programme explores the benefits and possible downsides of various communication media. Delegates are encouraged to assess their current approach and explore a range of alternatives, which will help to improve personal effectiveness.
