Impact Partnership (UK) Ltd was formed in 2005 by Pete and Lynne Travers, in order to provide the complete range of induction training and on going development services for our clients.

Peter Travers, MBA Peter is a highly qualified and highly experience Development Consultant. Peter worked for many years within the education sector before moving to the pharmaceutical industry were he gained a great deal of experience in sales, management and training. Senior management and training roles have provided the opportunity to be directly involved in recruitment, assessment, training programmes and staff development directed at all levels within the organisation. A key achievement has been the design, delivery and development of a two year academy, management development programme, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Lynne Travers Working in educational support and as a Senior Rate Recovery Officer for a local Borough Council, Lynne has developed the key financial, administrative and organisational skills required for the efficient operation and management of bsiness systems and procedures.

Neil Harris, MBA Neil is the Principal Consultant of Matters of Health Ltd. The company specialises in Business Strategy and Market Engagement, aligned to the Pharmaceutical Industry and the NHS.Over the last 25 years Neil has held Senior Management positions with a number of high profile Pharmaceutical companies, Roche and AstraZeneca being the most recent. As a Senior Manager and Consultant, Neil has been responsible for the construction and implementation of a number of highly successful Market Engagement Projects. Neil has a particular interest in coaching and professional development and as a member of the International Coaching Federation is regularly involved in coaching workshops and seminars throughout the UK and Ireland.

Robert Bevil, MA Robert is an award winning, published and accredited training professional and NLP practitioner, who has recently established his own training company, Inspiramos Ltd. Robert has the ability to assess individual, group and organisational learning needs and meet them in a way that positively challenges attitudes and behaviour. Robert has held key developmental posts in both public and private sectors. Previous roles include the management and development of Takeda's training department and additional development roles with Nycomed and Janssen-Cilag. As an independent Development Consultant and Licentiate Fellow of the Insitute of Training and Occupational Learning, Robert works with a diverse range of clients throughout the UK and Ireland.
